Using a dramatic, amusing opening about food choices, Rosalie may start with a skit about standing in front of an open refrigerator looking for something to eat. (She’s just finished a huge dinner, complete with double portions of potatoes, fried chicken smothered with gravy, two large pieces of corn-on-the-cob, a large bottle of soda pop and a chocolate ice cream sundae for dessert. She feels sick to her stomach, wants to take a nap, yet she still searches the refrigerator for something to eat!

While this nutrition seminar is similar to Super Nutrition for Healthy Living Keynote, it is a hands-on approach involving participants in written exercises, open discussion and Q&A. This seminar focuses on boosting nutrition for better energy and vitality. In this presentation, Rosalie addresses the physical and psychological reasons for our food choices. She recommends way to boost one’s concentration and vitality (especially at work) with practical suggestions. Rosalie addresses the correct timing of meals (yes, timing can be critical), and shows how to enhance your mood through high quality food and nutrient choices.

Rosalie shares the modern day dilemma of ‘no time to cook,’ so she teaches people how to reach for healthier foods; how to quickly prepare healthy meals, and how to stock a pantry with foods to nourish mind and body.
