Rosalie's Healthy Eating Tips
1. Drink eight glasses of water daily.
2. Use cold-pressed oils.
3. Include some nuts, seeds and beans.
4. Eat leafy greens and other vegetables.
5. Eat fresh fruit daily.
6. Use whole grain products instead of processed ones.
7. Include sufficient protein foods.
8. Reduce coffee, sodas, junk foods.
9. Chew each mouthful to a pulp.
10. Use organic foods when possible.
