Nutrition For Healthy Living
Super Nutrition for Healthy Living Keynote
This program will give you extraordinary insights into our food choices
and their impact on health and productivity!
Using a powerful and dramatic, yet light-hearted opening about food, Rosalie, nutritional consultant and stress relief consultant (and performer), may start with the ramblings of a brain badly nourished. The brain is fed up – tired of all the bad food it’s being fed. She can’t remember if she’s a brain or an appendix! She’s thinking of leaving! But then she realizes, “I can’t walk out; I’m her brain!”
Nutrition Health Benefits: Better Energy, Vitality
While this keynote is similar to Food & Mood: Balance It!, this nutritional keynote focuses on boosted nutrition for better energy, and ways to include healthy nutrients into our diets. In this presentation, Rosalie addresses the physical and psychological reasons for our food choices. She recommends ways to boost concentration and vitality (especially at work) with practical suggestions for better nutrition skills. Rosalie reveals the secrets of timing meals for better blood sugar balance as well as enhancing mood through food and nutrients.
Hate Cooking? No Worries – Just Ask Rosalie!
Rosalie, health and wellness consultant, shares the modern day dilemma of no time-to-cook and teaches people how to reach for healthier foods and how to prepare healthy meals in short order, even what to order in restaurants. Through stories of her own struggles with food, she touches people on a highly personal level, looking at what they eat every day and even more importantly, the reasons behind their choices. What’s truly revealing is the scientific connection between food allergies, our moods and digestion.
By the end of her keynote, Rosalie will have shared strategies enabling you to make eating junk food an old habit. Participants are treated to leading edge information backed by research and recommendations of both the Canadian and U.S. health boards. A complete Nutrition Consultant, Rosalie has access to a vast body of knowledge through her work with the Canadian Society of Orthomolecular Medicine; her position as Vice Chair of the International Schizophrenia Foundation allows her to reveal significant nutritional information in this keynote address as well as her other presentations.
Check out her Nutrition Seminars, which are more hands-on in their approach.
