"My own life experiences have led me to this wonderful career of helping people to make positive choices for their lives. I loved my career as a children's singer and performer and it seemed for me a natural transition to again be on stage, (only this time for a taller audience!) In my former career performing, singing and song writing, I was imparting wellness for children through song, fun, creativity. One of my goals was to boost self esteem. Now I've transitioned to wellness for adults. Aren't we all kids at heart? My many years of study in wellness, nutrition, well-being and psychology have been an enormous personal growth experience. I'm compelled to share this life-embracing information with others."

She wrote songs about fun, self-esteem and feelings, and recorded five children's albums as well as published a children's music and activity book. Changing Paths
Like many women, however, Rosalie took on too much. When she suffered poor health, she began to seek ways to achieve stress relief and work/life balance. She also investigated the connection between healthful food, physical fitness and well-being. As she made these alterations in her life and learned more about lifestyle enhancement, her physical health improved.
Wellness Education
She returned to school to study Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion at Centennial College in Toronto. Later, she became an instructor on stress management at her alma mater, the basis for Rosalie's work as as stress management consultant. Rosalie learned that 'wellness' is more than just physical well-being; it includes our emotional, spiritual, vocational, financial and social world. None of these areas of life stands alone; they are intertwined and impact each other. Inspired, she became determined to share this knowledge with others, and so began her career as a motivational speaker and health and wellness consultant.
Nutritional Education
Rosalie continued to investigate preventive health which included trying various food plans. Today, she continues to uncover the foods that are best for her. Still eager to learn more about well-being, she pursued a diploma in Holistic Nutrition (RHN) at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. As a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (RNCP), Rosalie designs food plans for individuals, many who have been referred by medical doctors. Coupled with her experience as a nutrition consultant, she is also a trained and experienced motivational speaker who speaks for groups, in-person or through tele-seminars.
