Work/Life Balance
Work/Life Balance – Time for You! Seminar
One Hour or One and a Half Hour Program
Everyone is searching for that elusive healthy balance, yet have a difficult time finding it!
As a health and well-being consultant, Rosalie helps people to see that there is a way to reduce stress and anxiety while balancing work, home, family and community. So many of us today are rushed and anxious, although women in the 35 to 50 age group, especially those with children, suffer most from stress.
This is why Rosalie includes stress reduction activities for staff in her revealing, healthy balance seminar. This workplace wellness presentation focuses on ways attendees can carve out precious time for themselves despite their busy schedules.
Can You Learn to Say NO?
One stress management technique is to evaluate every request which impinges on a person’s time and energy. The first step to achieve work/life balance is learning to say NO! When people begin to honor themselves and their time, they can combat stress. It’s not being selfish, it’s being selective. Those who need this seminar will recognize themselves.
Boosting morale, productivity, health and nutrition are Rosalie’s goals but making it fun is in her heart, often acting and singing while she presents her workplace health information. This program can be customized to the needs of the client.
