Time management at tax time may seem like an impossible task for accountants. However, there are a few tips that can help you have an easier time of coping and feeling human – instead of feeling exhausted, having bad digestion, poor sleep, bags under your eyes and feeling like you’re on a never-ending treadmill while juggling mounds of papers.

Do you eat on the run and gulp down quick meals on a regular basis? An hour or two later, an upset stomach, heartburn, bloating or gas become your unwanted companions. 1) Start by going for a walk or swim at least 3 x a week. Get your body used to activity. Pick up a book (or CD) on stretching or yoga and get limber. Start slowly and you will bring oxygen into your muscles (and brain). If you’re already doing these things, continue! Don’t let preparing for the holiday
